Our 3-Day Return Policy Guarantee
We offer a dedicated 3 days return and refund policy after receiving your product. If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or structurally compromised during courier transit across Pakistan, you are fully entitled to file an exchange or refund request.
Conditions for a Valid Claim
To qualify for a successful return and refund, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- Timeframe: The request must be submitted within 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the exact timestamp of delivery reported by the courier company.
- Product Condition: The glass jar must remain unopened, untampered, and the safety seal under the lid must be completely intact. Due to the organic, ingestible nature of traditional paste compounds, we cannot accept returns for jars that have been unsealed or partially consumed.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your official order number or the shipping slip attached to the outer flyer.
How to Initiate Your Claim
Step 1: Take a clear photograph or short video showing the outer packaging and the condition of the jar.
Step 2: Email your photos, order ID, and a brief description of the issue to support@majoon.pk.
Step 3: Our processing center at Dubai Plaza, Kohat, KPK will review your claim within 24 hours. Once verified, we will provide you with our secure return warehouse tracking coordinates.
Refund Processing Window
Once your return parcel arrives back at our facility and passes verification, your refund will be initiated immediately. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or a direct Bank Transfer. Funds typically clear into your account within 2 to 3 business days.
